(2010)). Recientemente, en Let\u00f3n et al. (2011), se ha introducido el concepto de mini-v\u00eddeo docente modular (MDM), que intenta combinar lo mejor de los anteriores m\u00e9todos. Los MDM est\u00e1n caracterizados por unos elementos concretos en t\u00e9rminos de duraci\u00f3n (5-10 minutos), soporte (transparencias minimalistas), metodolog\u00eda (pizarra digital), filosof\u00eda (Yo trabajo \/ T\u00fa trabajas), formato (web y dispositivos m\u00f3viles) e interconexi\u00f3n (modularidad).<\/p>\n<p>Hist\u00f3ricamente se lleg\u00f3 a este concepto a trav\u00e9s de Let\u00f3n (2006), Let\u00f3n et al. (2007) y Let\u00f3n et al. (2009). Los MDM presentan ventajas para el profesor y para el alumno, tanto en la universidad presencial como en la universidad a distancia. Ejemplos de MDM se pueden ver en la pesta\u00f1a Ejemplos de esta p\u00e1gina web. Adem\u00e1s, en YouTube escribiendo \u201cemilio leton\u201d aparecen meta-MDM: MDM que explican lo que es un MDM. Por si fuera poco las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas multimedia en t\u00e9rminos de v\u00eddeos de clases completas han irrumpido en el escenario, tambi\u00e9n con sus ventajas y sus inconvenientes. En este escenario complejo hay un peligro real de \u00abdestruir\u00bb la docencia, pero tambi\u00e9n hay una oportunidad real de \u00abconstruir\u00bb la docencia.
